Cancellations

Most of our items are shipped direct from our suppliers or the manufacturer and are prepared for shipment quickly after your order is placed, therefore items can only be cancelled within 1 hour after placement with no guarantees.

 

Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, Freight forwarders, Military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. 

We offer free shipping on all of our products. Our maximum handling time is 4 business days, although we strive to fulfill all customers orders as soon as possible. 

Your order will be shipped either UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. We always provide tracking numbers with your orders. 

 

Return Policy:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label that we will email to you. The return shipping costs will come out of your refund when we receive the item back at our warehouse.  

Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee that will be applied once the item is returned and will be deducted off of your refund on top of the return costs

The following reasons do not qualify for free return shipping:

-Change of mind / No longer wants it
-Not the color you wanted

-Not the quality you wanted
-Item didn’t fit
-Misunderstood the image of the product
-Ordered wrong item by mistake

If the product is found damaged, defective, wrong product on our error or missing parts, the buyer does not pay return shipping. 

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and we will refund you in full, once we receive the item back at our warehouse 

The follow reasons do qualify for free return shipping:

-Not as described, as in wrong dimensions / features
-But if it matches the specifications, you have to pay the return shipping costs still

-Defective or Damaged
-We sent the wrong item

All returns are inspected by our team to check for any false information regarding your return. 

If you are found providing misleading information, our team has the right to decline the free shipping in the return costs and the shipping costs will come off of your refund.

Lastly, please note that all products must be in their original condition, and postmarked within 30 days of original delivery, to be eligible for a full refund.

 

 

Replacements 

Please contact us if you need a replacement part, or missing any materials from your order. Replacement parts are not guaranteed but we will do our best. 

Please confirm the name of the piece and the item number. This is usually found in the instruction manual. 

If we can't ship you an individual part, we will then have to do a full replacement of your order, in which we will email you a fully prepaid shipping label. 

Your replacement order will be released immediately once you drop off your return at the post office and the tracking number updates.
