Polypropylene fibers are inherently resistant to the outdoor elements when cared for and stored properly. To clean your rug, vacuum or sweep as needed. When dirt or stains show, wash outdoors with a garden hose. Use mild soap and a soft brush on more stubborn stains. Rinse, shake or wipe off water and let dry completely, front and back before storing.

Timeframe : We strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. Larger items, expect upto 4 business days.

Geography : Currently, we ship only to the lower 48 states of the USA. We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarders, Military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska. Any orders received with the above mentioned may be automatically cancelled by us.
Carriers : Most of our items are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Eligibility : We accept Returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Any purchase that is made between November 1st and January 1st has an extended holiday return policy, and can be returned by January 31st.
